Healthy lifestyle

By Dorris Ifunanya Ebere.
It is very important that we should all make a healthy living a lifestyle.  Most people especially the working class have all given up their lives in pursuit of money.  Their daily routine is mostly – wake up,  drive to work,  sit most of the time at work, end of the days job they drive back home tired and hungry,  they end up sitting in front of the television after dinner until they are ready to go to bed.  Some of the men folks moves from the office to the hangout joints and from there they go home tired and ready to hit the bed.  This kind of routine is a man killer!  No conscious efforts to be active during the day while on duty.  No exercise! It is advisable that one tries to get in exercises in the morning or during the day while at work or in the evening after work.  In this way you get the heart pumping. In the office instead of sending that messager or clerk to get this or that,  stand up and do it yourself.  Walk to the convenience every now and then even if you are not pressed! 😁. Make a conscious effort also to eat healthy.  Add fruits and vegetables to your daily meal. Most people are too busy to eat breakfast which is wrong.  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!  Eat largely in the morning  and less at night.  Eating a heavy breakfast helps to fuel your body for the days job.  While dinner can be skipped or eaten as early as 6pm. You can decide to have you last meal at work instead of waiting to get home before doing that.  Remember our daily lifestyle either helps to keep us healthy or unhealthy. Make a conscious effort to take your life back!! Create time for exercise atleast not less than thrice in a week!  Drink lots of water.  Water is life!!  If you form the habit of doing the water therapy (drinking water first thing in the morning before brushing and staying atleast one hour before having breakfast after that)  you will notice that you will hardly get sick!
